has entered into agreements with Employers Reinsurance Corporation (“ERC”) to assume responsibility for the administration of two disability claim blocks; one representing claims under Association disability plans underwritten by UnumProvident and reinsured by ERC and the other representing claims under Group LTD plans underwritten by Ohio National Insurance Company and reinsured by ERC. The claim blocks will be administered in the company’s Springfield office.

completes MCIC Data Conversion |

DMS
has successfully completed its conversion of all policy data
from the mainframe systems of the Massachusetts Casualty Insurance
Company ("MCIC") to DMS' fully integrated
policy and claim administration systems platform, ("ideas").
The system now supports the daily administration of approximately
50,000 MCIC policies.

has been engaged by Jefferson Pilot Financial to assist the
company in designing, pricing and administering an innovative
disability product concept. The Disability Income Rider, featured
in Jefferson Pilot Financial's newly released life portfolio,
the JPF Advantage Series, is an integral component in Jefferson
Pilot Financial's strategic initiative to provide a unique
insurance platform for the mass affluent market.

recognized as "Super 60" award winner |

For the fifth
consecutive year, DMS has been recognized by the Affiliated
Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield as a "Super
60" award winner for the year 2005. DMS was recognized
in the Total Revenue category. The "Super 60" award
program is open to privately held companies based in Hampden
and Hampshire counties that have been in business for at least
three years and have generated revenues of at least $1million
in the last fiscal year.

awarded Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Grant |
|
The Massachusetts
Department of Workforce Development has selected DMS
to be a recipient of a Workforce Training Fund grant. Financed
entirely by Massachusetts employers, the Workforce Training
Fund provides financial resources to Massachusetts businesses
to fund employee training programs. DMS will utilize
the grant to fund training programs for business communications
and specialized information systems technology.

The Employers
Association of the Northeast ("EANE") has recognized
DMS for "Outstanding Employer- Employee Relations
Initiatives". EANE's award criteria was based on programs
implemented within an organization that foster and encourage
a positive and challenging working environment. DMS
achieved this recognition among all for-profit member companies
of EANE with over 100 employees.

(ICA) for 2004-2005 Term |

Steve Allen,
ALHC, FLMI, ACS, Director of Claims, was appointed President
of ICA at the 2004 Annual Meeting held this month at the Gaylord
Opryland Resort in Nashville, TN. The International Claims
Association was founded in 1909 and is the largest Life &
Health trade association of Life and Health claims professionals
in the world.

Occupational Medicine Seminar |

Lisa D. Piechowski,
PhD, Lee Tonet, MS, RN, CRC, and Charles D. Del Tatto, PT,
were speakers at the Twenty-Fourth Annual National Worker's
Compensation and Occupational Medicine Seminar held in Hyannis,
MA. Their presentation "Work and Well-being: Putting
the Pieces Back Together", focused on the value of early
identification of the injured or ill person's occupation,
the role of work in our lives, and physical restoration. Attendees
at this widely and highly acclaimed conference included; the
nation's leading worker's compensation professionals, occupational
physicians, occupational nurses, attorneys, and claim professionals.

represented at Society of Actuaries' 2004 Spring Meeting |

Paul Ziobrowski,
Vice President and Chief Actuary, along with two other members
on the Society of Actuaries' Individual Disability Experience
Committee, presented results from their recently completed
claim incidence and claim termination studies. These studies
were based on the combined results of twelve major Disability
Insurance carriers, covering the periods of 1990-1999. The
goal of the Individual Disability Experience Committee is
to utilize these studies as a basis for new individual disability
income valuation tables, replacing the 1985 CIDA Table.

Completes Equitable Data Conversion |
|
DMS
has successfully completed its conversion of the individual
Disability Income insurance policy data from the mainframe
systems of the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United
States ("Equitable") to DMS' fully integrated policy
and claim administration system ("ideas"). The data conversion
was the culmination of a four stage transition of policyholder
servicing for over 75,000 active policies.

key contributors to industry morbidity study |

Paul Ziobrowski,
Vice President and Chief Actuary and Timothy Swankey, Actuary,
have served on the Individual Disability Experience Committee
of the Society of Actuaries since 2000. This committee of
industry leading actuaries was assembled to study current
industry morbidity experience for the purposes of developing
a new valuation table to replace the 1985 CIDA Table, as requested
by the NAIC. The results of the Morbidity Study will provide
IDI companies with recent morbidity data upon which future
pricing and reserving assumptions may be based. Preliminary
data was shared by the committee at the Society of Actuaries'
Health Conference held in Vancouver, Canada this month.

hires executive officer to oversee private label initiatives |

Steve Miller
has joined DMS as Vice President of Business Development
and will oversee the company's product development and private
label initiatives. Steve was formerly Vice President of Life
Products & Services for Travelers Life & Annuity, a member
of CitiGroup. Under Steve's leadership, Travelers' Life insurance
business achieved significant top and bottom line growth,
far outpacing the industry. Prior to running Travelers' Life
business, Steve headed up the company's individual Disability
Income line of business and was responsible for product development,
marketing and the overall profitability of the line.

achieves significant milestone! |

In early November
2001, DMS completed its conversion of the MONY Life
Insurance Company's ("MONY") individual Disability Income
insurance policy data from MONY's mainframe system to DMS'
fully integrated policy and claim administration system. DMS'
system now supports the day to day servicing of over 70,000
MONY policies. The implementation of the system is a significant
achievement for DMS as the company seeks to further
leverage its capability as a third party administrator of
disability insurance products.

2001. The 12 year-old awards program recognizes privately

their contributions to the regional economy. Eligible companies
must be in business for at least three years, and must have
generated revenues of at least $1 million in the last fiscal
year. DMS was recognized in both of the program’s total
revenue and revenue growth categories.

prepares for MONY systems conversion |
|
DMS
is completing the development of its proprietary fully integrated
policy and claim administration systems software in preparation
for the data conversion of the MONY Life Insurance Company’s
("MONY") individual Disability Income policy information.
DMS initiated the systems development project after
entering into its administrative services contract with MONY
effective January 1, 1998. The data conversion is to be completed
during the 4th quarter of 2001.

assumes Equitable IDI policyholder service functions
|
|
Effective June
1, 2001, DMS assumed responsibility for policy administration
for certain individual Disability Income insurance policies
issued by The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United
States. DMS expanded its Syracuse, New York service
center to accommodate the growth of its Client Service operations.
DMS’ Call Center capacity in Syracuse increased by
approximately 75% as a result of the expansion. Additional
expansion is planned for the 4thquarter of 2001.

expands Springfield operations |
|
DMS
has been retained by The Equitable Life Assurance Society
of the United States, a subsidiary of AXA Financial, Inc,
and Centre Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Centre
Group, to administer Equitable Life’s Disability Income business
directly written during or before 1993. As a result of the
retention, DMS has expanded its Springfield offices
and has increased its work force by approximately 50% to build
capacity required for the company to absorb the Equitable
business. DMS was retained coincident with Equitable
Life’s transfer to Centre Life of all the risk of its Disability
Income business directly written during or before 1993.
